Commando Ranger military toy action figure line was released in 1987 by Concept. The are about 4" tall and have o-ring bodies and straight arms.
They used the same body molds of REMCO's military action figure lines, who used Galoob's Gen Patch molds, which became the A-Team figures.
The figures and names are randomly inserted onto cards with weapons, and may actually have a different figure from card to card with the same name.
