Heroes in Action

Mattel's Heroes in Action were a 3 3/4" action figure line that was part toy soldier and all man! These muscular looking soldiers even made a "rat-a-tat-tat" sound to simulate machine gun fire.  They came attached to an action base, when the lever on the base was slid, the torso of the figure would move and it would  cause the "rat-a-tat-tat" sound.
