Steel Monsters was created by Tonka in 1986 and a second series in 1987. The figures feature solid construction, and 5 points of articulation, the neck, shoulders, and hips. This is a very cool line of toys, created like the Mad Max movie type vehicles, patched armor, apocalyptic designed vehicles.
